Hey Guys- what do you think of this? This device is worn by women to deter rape. If a man has intercourse with a woman who is wearing one his penis is punctured by plastic barbs that must be removed by a physician. On one hand I think this is the greatest idea ever but on the other I am afraid it would escalate the violence against women. Read more about it here.

I'd be afraid of 2 things. One that some guy would get very pissed off and beat or kill the woman wearing it and two, that the fact that it punctures the skin of the penis would cause the transmission of blood borne disease that might not have been transmitted other wise.
Good for prisoners.
